Ecology and Life History
Short General Description
A taprooted perennial with a basal rosette of long, linear, toothless leaves, 5-30 cm long. Yellow flower heads, resembling the common dandelion, are borne on a leafless stem, usually 1-5 dm tall. Blooms in summer.
