Global Range
Douglasia can be found in Oregon, Washington and British Columbia, with the typical variety (var. laevigata) being restricted to the Columbia River Gorge of Washington and Oregon. The wider ranging Douglasia laevigata var. ciliolata is known from the Coast Range of Oregon, the Olympic Mountains of Washington, the west Cascades of Washington and northern Oregon, Vancouver Island and the Queen Charlotte Islands of British Columbia, and southwestern Alberta.
