Global Range
North America: British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alberta; reported from Europe, Africa, and Asia (Ireland 1993). Smith (1980) gives southern England, Causasus, Kashmir, Hunan, and Japan. Known also from North Asia, and Sakhalin (Nyholm 1954-69). Also known from Denmark (Lewinsky 1974).
