Encompasses all Pacific coast drainages within the coterminous United States north of the Columbia River in Washington, including those flowing into Puget Sound (USFWS 1998, 1999). This population segment is thought to include the only anadromous forms of bull trout in the coterminous United States (USFWS 1999). No bull trout exist in coastal drainages south of the Columbia River (USFWS 1999).
