Global Range
G - 200,000-2,500,000 square km (about 80,000-1,000,000 square miles) - G - Transcontinental through northern North America, with records extending from Labrador and also Greenland, through northern Ontario and the Canadian prairies to Alaska; south in the western montane areas through British Columbia, Washington, Idaho, and Utah to California; Lso Wisconsin and Minnesota, with disjunct records from New York and Massachusetts (Wiggins, 1998).
