BC - 100-1000 square km (about 40-400 square miles) - BC - Reported from a few scattered locations from Washington state, south of Spokane, south and west to Othello, south into Oregon, north of the Blue Mountains, with one disjunct population on the south side of the Blue Mountains at Wagontire (Rogers, in prep.).
