GH - 200,000 to >2,500,000 square km (about 80,000 to >1,000,000 square miles) - GH - E. Alaska, Mackenzie River drainage south to Washington. In Rocky Mountains to New Mexico, however wtih some signifcant gaps. Also, east to Nova Scotia and south very discontinuously to New Jersey.
