    F - 20,000-200,000 square km (about 8000-80,000 square miles) - F - This species was described from adults from British Columbia (McDunnough, 1935), and there is also a cryptic report of them from the east slope of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in California (Day, 1956). In Washington, it occurs in Wenatchee River, Chelan Co.; Slippery Creek, Pierce Co. and Almota, Whitman Co. (Meyer and McCafferty, 2007). It is widespread in several counties in California (Meyer and McCafferty, 2008).
