Global Range
E - 5000-20,000 square km (about 2000-8000 square miles) - E - Described based on larvae from Opal Creek, Lemhi Co., Idaho; a small stream in Glacier National Park, Glacier Co., Montana; and Lava Creek, Park Co., Wyoming. Recently recollected for the first time in Mount Rainier National Park, Washington; and also found in Douglas, Jackson/Josephine, Klamath, Marion, Multnomah Cos., Oregon (Jacobus et al., 2003).
