Global Range
Z - Zero (no occurrences believed extant) - Z - It is only known from the type locality in the southern part of Vancouver Island, British Columbia (Baker, 1939; Burch, 1989). It was also known from the San Juan Islands in extreme northwest Washington (WA NHP, pers. comm., 2004). The species has not been seen in several decades and may be extinct.
