Global Range
F - 20,000-200,000 square km (about 8000-80,000 square miles) - F - Hebard (1936) described this species from Payette Lake Idaho and the Blue Mountains of Oregon. It is also known from Washington. In Idaho, it has been reported from Latah, Washington, Idaho and Valley counties (Idaho Department of Fish and Game 2005). It has not been found in Canada. The Blue Mountains of Washington and Idaho are about 10,500 square km. The Idaho counties are all in the central to west-central region so the range extent is probably a bit over 20,000 square km.
