    CE - 250-20,000 square km (about 100-8000 square miles) - CDE - Range is from southern British Columbia south through Cascade Range and Sierra Nevada of California to about the latitude of Lake Tahoe (Behr, 1892; Draudt, 1940; Opler, 2000b; Richers, 2000). Apparently it also ranges through Idaho to Utah.
