    ZB - Zero to 250 square km (zero to about 100 square miles) - ZAB - Extent of current range is unknown. It was originally found in Washington and Oregon. Presently it is possibly extinct (Gaines, pers. comm. 1996, based on the work of T. Frest; Taylor, 2003). Scudder (1996) lists the species from Christina Lake, Englishman Bay, British Columbia.
