H - >2,500,000 square km (greater than 1,000,000 square miles) - H - This species was historically known mainly from Ohio to Colorado in the U.S. and from Quebec to Alberta in Canada, but its range was recently expanded to the east coast of the U.S. and it was predicted to be more common in the east than previously thought (McCafferty et al., 2004).
