Global Range
CD - 250-5000 square km (about 100-2000 square miles) - CD - Known from Oregon (Clackamas, Klamath, Lane Cos.) and Washington (Anderson, 1976). Recently reported from Mount Rainier National Park, Pierce Co., Washington (Ruiter et al., 2005).<br>
