Global Range
CD - 250-5000 square km (about 100-2000 square miles) - CD - Found in higher elevation streams in California, Utah, and Wyoming (LaFontaine, 1981). Recently reported from 9 sites in Mount Rainier National Park, Lewis and Pierce Cos., Washington (Ruiter et al., 2005).
