Global Range
BC - 100-1000 square km (about 40-400 square miles) - BC - Currently known from California, and the coast and cascade ranges of Oregon; Oregon, Yamhill, Benton Counties. See Anderson and Wold (1972) and Anderson (1976). Recently reported from Mount Rainier National Park, Pierce Co., Washington (Ruiter et al., 2005).
