Global Range
A - <100 square km (less than about 40 square miles) - A - Known only from the Hoko River drainage on the Olympic Peninsula, Clallam County, Washington. It is expected to be found on federal lands in the Olympic National Forest and Olympic National Park (Kelley et al., 1999).<br>
